Home Staging is the art of preparing to sell your home faster and for more profit by presenting it in its most positive light.
ATD has the tools to look at your home objectively and suggest changes and updates that will make emotional connections to buyers.
The home staging process can be done in a home that is either vacant or occupied.
Occupied Staging Consultation: - $250
This is a hands-on consult. The stager will go from room to room, addressing each space in order to prepare it for the market. Depending on the amount of work that needs to be done, the house will either be photo-ready by the time the stager leaves, or there will be a detailed checklist put together for the owner to finish. The client will also be left with an "open house" packet, full of advice and reminders for house showings, as well as packing guides and vendor recommendations. Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for the seller.
The consultation can take up to 2 hours and will cover the following:
* Client may request the stager stay longer for an additional $100/hour
Occupied Staging Consultation with Artwork & Accessories Package: - $395 plus rental fee
Do you need to add a “POP!” to your home to really make it shine for your buyers? This package includes the Occupied Staging Consultation and adds artwork and accessories from the Ann Tristani Design collection to bring a fresh, updated and exciting look to your home.
After consulting with you at your home (see above), we will select artwork and accessories for your home, roll up our sleeves to stage these items, and then once your home is sold, we will de-stage.
The Artwork & Accessories monthly rental fee is typically $100 - $300, depending on scope of your project.
Vacant Home Staging: typically around $2000* (for a 1600 sq/ft home)
Staging your vacant home may be the most important investment you make in selling your home.
This service includes the initial consult, the time it takes to design and prepare your project, rental furniture, delivery, staging the property, and de-stage after the home sells.
Home Staging typically covers the main living area, entryway, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom/bathroom and main floor powder room. Upon completion, your home will be ready for the photographer!
