When considering your Design Project, invite the Ann Tristani Design Team in from the start.
It is best to implement a fresh design idea at the beginning of the project, rather than when the project is already in progress.
Let us guide you to more unique, cohesive, and creative design solutions and selections right from the start.
We will walk with you through the entire process and develop every detail of your vision.
Our Interior Design Process

Initial Phone Call
Your first phone call with Mark, our Director of Awesomeness, includes a discussion of your project to determine its scope, style, budget, time-frame, and other project needs.
Once you decide to move forward, we will set up a Design Consultation at your home
Phase 1: Design Consultation, Onsite
The 1-2 hour Design Consultation at your home, with the Designers, will be spent taking measurements and pictures of the intended design space(s), while discussing your design needs, budget, time-frame, and concerns.
With these details, Ann Tristani Design will have the necessary information to develop your Budget Proposal.
* $400 fee is payable at the consult.
Phase 2: Project Development and Budget Proposal
First we develop the Scope of the project and create a plan with enough info to get project quotes from. Then we schedule a Proposal Meeting to discuss total investment for your project, including design fees and and project management/construction support, and /or quotes for furnishings and all fees involved.
Upon approval, Design Fee is collected, and the Design Development begins!
Phase 3: Design Development and Presentation
Dreaming and scheming and sourcing, oh my!
Showrooms are visited, research is done, and Design Boards are created, as your design is developed.
Your Design Presentation, either online or in person, includes:
- Design Boards for each space, including furnishings, accessories, lighting, color palette, and materials/finishes as necessary.
- Floor Plan with 3D Rendering, and your furnishings plan, drawn to scale
- Actual samples of materials, fabrics, and/or finishes to touch and feel
Phase 4: Procurement and Full Service Project Management
Orders are being placed, construction may be happening, and/or furniture orders are being delivered to our receiving warehouse where they are inspected and stored until Installation.
Ann Tristani Design is managing all the details of this phase of your project so you can sit back and relax while we take care of these important aspects of the process.
Phase 5: The Big Reveal! (Installation)
After weeks or months of waiting, the day arrives when it all falls into place.
Your Install Day(s) is when furniture is delivered, pictures are hung, pillows are fluffed, and we toast your new space!

These Design Boards are interactive images that are clickable so you can find additional details about each item in your design. You can also ask questions or leave comments. This is an easy and effective way to communicate with each other throughout the design process.
