Our first phone call includes a discussion of your project to determine its scope, style, budget, time-frame, and other project needs.
Once you decide to move forward with an interior design package we will set up a Design Consultation at your home
The (two-hour maximum) Design Consultation at your home will be spent taking measurements and pictures of the intended design space(s) while discussing in more detail your interior design desires, needs, budget, time-frame, and concerns.
(The fee for this consult is $250, payable upon scheduling.)
With these details, Ann Tristani Design LLC will prepare your Design Presentation.
The Design Presentation includes options and recommendations for you, (online) which will include:
- a Concept Board for each space, which may include furnishings, and/or accessories, lighting, color palette, materials/finishes for walls, windows, surfaces, etc. as required.
- a Floor Plan, drawn to-scale with furniture placement.
- a Product Proposal with furnishings, rugs, accessories, materials and pricing for you to individually approve or decline.
* the client now chooses to manage procuring the design themselves, or to purchase Phase 3, Full Service Management of your design.
Once you have approved your design plan and budget, it's time to shop for custom materials and finishes. We may visit Showrooms to select finishes, construction may be happening, and/or furniture orders are being delivered to our receiving warehouse. At a rate of $125/hr, Ann Tristani Design LLC is managing all the details of this phase of your project.
After weeks or months of waiting, (and contractors working) the day arrives when it all falls into place... Your Install and Styling Day is when furniture is delivered, pictures are hung, pillows are fluffed, and we toast your new space!
